Client Service Coordinator

Summary:   

The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day execution of client services administration for an assigned block of clients. In this important role, the Client Service Coordinator is the “face” of Choose 2 Rent to our clients, solving complex customer service problems and maintaining and controlling client orders.  

Client Service Coordinators are the client’s point of contact for all issues and services related to the account and current orders. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Advise creative, high-value technical solutions for our customers. 
  • Resolve the most complex customer service problems directly and assist clients via email or phone. 
  • Enter rental orders into our internal booking system. 
  • Monitor existing rental orders and follow up with clients. 
  • Maintain the booking calendar and ensure all orders are fulfilled on time and returned on time. 
  • Respond to complaints and escalate to relevant departments if needed. 
  • Coordinate client orders. 
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers if needed. 
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints. 
  • Monitor shipments and open trace cases in case of delays. 
  • Assist in creating client-specific proposals.

Event Technology Support Specialist

Summary:   

As a key member of our support team, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless operations during events, taking charge of the setup and testing of electronic equipment like Thermal Printers, Inkjet Printers, iPads, Laptops, Scanners, Cellular Routers, and Hotspots. 

Your in-house duties extend to installing, configuring, and maintaining our fleet of routers. Dive into the realm of laptop imaging, print servers, and software deployment across Windows laptops, MacBooks & iOS Devices. Not just confined to in-house tasks, your role encompasses being a client support champion and actively responding to requests via various channels and troubleshooting equipment such as Name Badge Printers, Local Area Networks, and more.

Responsibilities: 

  • Setup and test electronic equipment before the deployment at events, including but not limited to Thermal Printers, Inkjet Printers, iPads (MDM/Apple Configurator), Laptops (Imaging, Print Servers), 2D/3D Scanners. 
  • Install, configure, and maintain our fleet of routers with custom SSIDs, latest firmware and network settings according to specifications. 
  • Install and deploy laptop images, print servers, and other software in our Windows laptops and MacBooks fleet. 
  • Assist in the diagnosis, troubleshooting, and basic repair of devices in-house. (ITR) 
  • Work closely with other departments via our CRM and Microsoft tools for efficient communication and delivery of services to our clients. 
  • Assist the Technology Department with ongoing projects and initiatives during periods without specific assignments. 
  • Have surface-level knowledge of our partner software to navigate calls from partner clients successfully. 
  • Work closely with partners to improve and/or customize Event Check-In products. 
  • Monitor and respond to any new support requests from clients by phone, email, chat, and video call. 
  • Actively support and assist clients with troubleshooting steps regarding Choose 2 Rent’s rental equipment such as Name Badge Printer (Zebra, Epson, Brother, etc.), Networking devices, Windows laptops, and iOS devices. 
  • Document & log all support calls. Share feedback and add notes in client profile and, if necessary, follow up with clients after providing technical support. 
  • Share feedback and suggest changes to our support practices to improve client satisfaction. 
  • Help create new support articles & (video) tutorials with screenshots, GIFs, and other media produced by our Videographer. 
  • Provide occasional after-hours support in the office and/or remotely (WFH). This position inherently operates outside our weekday office hours. Weekend and or evening coverage might be requested based on business needs. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Event Technology Sales Associate

Summary:   

The role's primary function is to generate sales and assist with all customer questions about the products and services the company offers. An Event Technology Sales Associate is expected to continuously update their knowledge of the company products, services, and policies. 

This position will be part of the sales team and will be a critical function in helping drive revenue growth. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. 
  • Identifies and locates new clients through various methods, including networking and cold calls. 
  • Develop and implement strategies for sales. 
  • Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to clients' needs. 
  • Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large. 
  • Provide clients with information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications. 
  • Negotiates prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; prepares contracts and submits orders. 
  • Achieving established goals. 
  • Collaborates with managers and other staff to confirm that orders are processed accurately and efficiently and that products are appropriately distributed. 
  • Periodically prepares and reports results, the status of accounts, and leads to the manager. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

Fulfillment Center Associate

Job Summary:

Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming orders and equipment, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the Fulfillment Center.

Responsibilities:

  • Review all the orders for the week.
  • Fulfill the orders of the day.
  • Assist with all duties when needed.
  • Check the notes of the orders making sure the team understand the special set ups and client needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
  • Receive and understand work orders to determine the type and quantity of items ordered by customers.
  • Obtain storage location information from the merchandise database to assist in locating the item.
  • Locate items in storage areas and compare the information on them with work orders to ensure conformance.
  • Pick items from storage areas using forklifts for large boxes, and transport them to examination areas.
  • Check items to ensure that they are in good condition and conform to quality specifications and perform packing and boozing duties.
  • Ascertain that all documentation regarding packed items is generated from the system and handed over to the delivery personnel.
  • Arrange all incoming shipments in designated storage areas according to established protocols.

Skills:

  • Must be able to lift to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
  • Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
