MANAGING EVENT REGISTRATION
A big part of any event’s success is the amount of planning and preparation that goes with it. Here is a quick checklist you can follow especially during event registration. When you request information, the registration form should require participants to provide the following:
Attendee profile, including all contact information
Company affiliation and title
Nickname or preferred name for the badge
Emergency contact information
Member status (exhibitor, supplier, nonmember, guest, media, complimentary, speaker, volunteer)
Companion, guest, or spouse information
Americans With Disabilities Act requirements or special needs or meals, if applicable
Payment information: include a list of accepted credit cards
