If requested, an on-site technician will be available at your venue. They will open the shipment, confirm receipt, and begin the unpacking and setup process according to your specifications. If applicable, a prepaid return label is included in the shipment. All you need to do is pack the rental equipment safely and surrender it to a shipping carrier. Upon receipt of the equipment in our fulfillment center, we inform you about the return status of your order and officially close out your order.
