Our dedicated sales team will work diligently on your quote, taking into account all the details provided. We may contact you for further clarification or to discuss any specific requirements. Rest assured, this consultation is provided free of charge.

We understand that event plans can change. That's why we offer flexibility with order adjustments. You can change your rental order up to two weeks before the scheduled shipment, ensuring that you have the equipment you need when you need it.

Once satisfied with the quote, you'll confirm your order, electronically sign it, and proceed with payment. Our streamlined payment process ensures a hassle-free and secure transaction.

Your order is then sent to our state-of-the-art fulfillment center in proximity to your delivery location. Our experienced team collects, scans, and tests every piece of equipment to ensure accuracy and functionality. We take quality control seriously; every item is checked twice before shipment.

We believe in transparency. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your equipment is shipped. Within 24 hours, you'll be able to track your shipment, giving you peace of mind and real-time updates on its status.

If requested, an on-site technician will be available at your venue. They will open the shipment, confirm receipt, and begin the unpacking and setup process according to your specifications. Our technicians will also conduct a final test print to ensure your software and badge designs are seamlessly integrated.

If applicable, a prepaid return label is included in the shipment. All you need to do is pack the rental equipment safely and surrender it to a shipping carrier. In advance, you can also schedule a pick-up from the shipping carrier. If the optional on-site technician has been booked, our professional event staff will handle the entire returning process. 

Upon receipt of the equipment in our fulfillment center, we inform you about the return status of your order and officially close out your order.
