Can’t decide whether you should buy or just rent conference badge printer? These devices come in different brands and models. Some models allow you to print limited number of PVC cards, while others can do more. You might be holding an event that requires you to have more than just one badge printer. In this case, would you buy or just consider conference badge printer rental?

There are pros and cons for each option. If you have enough money to buy a brand new device, then go for it. However, you should also consider the number of times you are going to need the machine.
