The initial order process was stress-free and explained in detail by our account executive, Guiliana. Having an initial Teams/Zoom meeting made everything else seem seamless.The rental experience was smooth and efficient. There was some back and forth with our institution’s contract department that had to be resolved but the team at Choose 2 Rent worked well with our contract team to ensure both sides were satisfied according to their perspective standards. Even though it was the same printer that we had utilized earlier in the year, the equipment we received from Choose 2 Rent was in great shape and delivered with care. All the equipment was labeled and calibrated which made my experience much more enjoyable.Guiliana made sure to check in before the delivery/shipping of the equipment and if we had any questions, she was quick to respond. The technician I spoke to was very helpful in ensuring that the printer settings were adequate for the type of labels we had. We had an hour of Teams meeting and offered his number and direct extension should I had encountered any issues during my printing. The rental return process was such a breeze! Honestly, the instructions sent, labels, packaging, everything made it so stress-free for me amid running 3 concurrent conferences.I was very pleased with the services provided and look forward to working with them in the future.

We were completely satisfied with the Choose 2 Rent! The quote and order process was smooth and efficient. The products arrived as expected. The quality of the iPads, charging cords and cases was high. Everything was packed well, and the return instructions were very clear. Five-star customer service!Our iPad rental with a data plan allowed us to have an efficient check-in process for our 300+ gala guests. The rental time frame was perfect as it allowed me to train all of our volunteers on the iPads in advance of the event.

We are very happy with the service provided by Choose2Rent. From booking through returning the equipment, the entire process runs smoothly. I am so glad we chose to rent our onsite tech from Choose to Rent. The rental order process was seamless, the iPads, stands and all accessories came neatly packed in cases, the step-by-step instructions were easy to follow, and our sales rep made it easy for us to understand what to expect from shipping to return. I plan to use this service again for our next conference.

Guiliana has been a wonderful Account Manager for us across events in the US and internationally. Choose 2 Rent is easy to work with and accountable on their agreements. In the world of events, where 99% of plans take a different direction, it's nice to be able to count on your hardware showing up where and when it is supposed to!

I could never have accomplished such a seamless registration experience at such a complicated event without the stellar equipment and technical support provided by Choose 2 Rent. Our onsite technician was truly amazing, and our account representative provided exceptional customer service, which is a rarity nowadays. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Great service. I connected with Choose 2 Rent on Thursday for rental days Monday and Tuesday. Even though there was a bank holiday in between, all was UPS delivered including return labels. Impressed!

Choose to Rent helped us deploy temperature scanners with facial recognition in our offices and we couldn’t be happier. All of the scanners were shipped direct to us and included easy to follow setup instructions. We had a minor configuration issue, which support was able to fix in minutes. Amazing service.
